Xena

Xena, was one of two girls that are my soul-dogs. I rescued her when she was just a few weeks old with her sister, Athena and since then we have been together. I had to make the hard choice to put her to rest on 6/5/25. She was 11 years old, and until the tumor took over, she still acted like a puppy. She loved to bark at everything, was obsessed with cheese balls and never stopped thinking she was a lap dog even though she was 50lbs most of her life. She loved harder than any dog I have ever met and took protecting me and my son very seriously.  I say that I rescued her, but she saved me. My life is better for having her in it and I am so grateful for the time I had with her.
